Be a part of history. RHCN is currently accepting proposals for interesting, inspiring and innovative workshops for SummerCampCon2019, the first and only online camp conference.

All workshops will be recorded ahead of time. This can be done using PowerPoint or a variety of other tools. We will work with presenters to complete this step.

During the online conference, the pre-recorded workshops will be shown and the presenters will then answer questions live (from your own computer – no special software is needed). If your proposal is accepted we will contact you to work out all the details. It’s going to be amazing!

Submissions Accepted Through Friday, November 16, 2018.
Submitters will receive email notification of the committee’s decision regarding their proposal by Wednesday, November 21, 2018.

Target Audience
Being an online event, we expect this conference to attract camp and youth development professionals from around the world. This should include a mix of seasoned and new owners, directors, supervisors and other year-round staff of a variety of overnight camps, day camps and youth recreation organizations.

The total time given for each presenter will be 90 minutes (60 minutes for the workshop and up to 30 minutes for a live Q&A).

All Presenters MUST include a PDF hand-out. This may be notes from the workshop, checklists, worksheets, etc.

Promotional Items
Presenters may “pitch” any item or service they sell with permission from the conference organizers.

Contact Curt Jackson with any questions at

Please note, unlike other conferences, presenters are NOT responsible for registering for the conference, NOT responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel and lodging, and NOT responsible for any other associated costs. Why? Because everything is online. There is no need for travel or lodging. Plus, all those chosen to present will receive a FREE All Access Pass and all bonuses associated with it.

However, you will need a way to record your session. That can be done right into PowerPoint or by using other software like Camtasia. There are other ways, but, don’t worry, we will guide you through all of that. First thing you need to do is let us know you’re interested by filling out the proposal form.

RHCN reserves the right to make any and all adjustments to the program.
